Hi. My siblings and I had a hard start in life. We were rescued from a shelter in a nearby county who was going to put our momma and us to sleep when we were only 1 day old but RUFF came and rescued us. Life was going well until we were 6 days old when our momma got mastitis, an infected teat. RUFF stepped in again and bottle fed us. I kept my first two foster moms (I was rotated between two houses for the first 2 weeks) up late many nights; they were doing everything to get me to eat. The road was a rocky one the first 1½ weeks but after that I showed everyone how strong I am. Now look at me! I am ready for my forever home.    

I’m very laid back and easy going. I have my time to play and my time to relax. See the picture of me standing on my hind legs? I learned that from my furbrother, who is a miniature poodle; he stands on his hind legs all of the time and I thought that was a natural thing for a dog/pup to do so I thought I had to try it when my picture was being taken. Now that I’m getting older, I don’t do it any longer.
