Hi I'm Scamp. I was abandoned and some nice people brought me to RUFF to be a foster puppy. I am super friendly. I love kids, dogs, cats and pretty much everyone I meet. I am working on housebreaking. My foster mom says that that's ok; I am just a baby. I love to play with squeaky toys and pull toys. Right now I weigh 5 lbs and am pretty small.
