Ahoy, me Hearties! I am a lassie that was found by animal control with my siblings. But when I was brought into the shelter, they said "shiver me timbers, she has no right paw." I had fishing line wrapped around my paw, or where my paw should have been. Thankfully, the shelter reached out to a volunteer with Rescue Ur Forever Friend and they came and saved me and my siblings. Thanks to Crossroads Veterinary Hospital, I am working towards a goal. My long term goal is to have a "special" boot made for me when I am full grown. Until my paw is ready for a boot, I will have to manage without one. They have tried to make me a temporary boot, but it did not work. So my foster mom is applying for some grants and trying to raise money for my "booty" fund.
