~~I was rescued by a Jogger along the Neuse River Trail when I wandered up to him out of the woods, looking wet, flea-bitten, and hungry.  My Jogger/Rescuer looked for my owner, but no luck.  So, he took me home and fed me, took me to the Vet for vaccines, and nursed me back to health while teaching me to be a good dog.  Unfortunately, he and his family were unable to keep me and asked RUFF for help.   He describes me as “officially house broken, very sweet, smart, cooperative, easily taught, chews only on his toys, and a joy to be around”.  At my new RUFF Foster’s home, I’m great at sitting, especially for treats, and I walk really good on a leash for an almost 4 month old puppy.  I like to run in the backyard, but I really like to follow my Foster Mom around.  When I do wander away, I come running when called.  I do jump a little when excited but I’m learning “off”.  Although I look really white, I actually have light brown ears and patches on my head.  I’m up to date with all my first vaccines, and all my medical has been done except that “neuter” thing.  I seem to do good with other dogs.  I would be a great addition to a family with older children or active adults, but it must be a home that can at least let me out to potty during the day.  HEY, I’m ready to go!!! BUT just one thing, as a Husky, I'm a little talky and cannot live in an apartment.   (CM/CM*)    

Up to date on age appropriate vaccines and micro-chipped.
